Urgent: Broken & Missing Functionality in SCM + WCFM Premium Variant
Dear Gajelabs Support Team,
We are writing on behalf of our client, KnowMyFit, regarding the integration and usage of the following plugins purchased from your platform:

SCM – Smart Currency Manager
SCM – Smart Currency Manager – Premium Variant for WCFM
Our client is operating a multi-vendor WooCommerce store built using the WCFM suite:

WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager
WCFM – WCFM Ultimate
WCFM – Multivendor Marketplace
WCFM – Multivendor Membership
Issue Summary
The primary requirement from our client was to allow vendors/designers to set product prices in their individual store currencies—a capability described in your plugin documentation and marketed as a key feature.
After installation and testing, we’ve encountered two critical issues:

<b data-start=”1411″ data-end=”1490″ style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”> Issue 1: Broken UI – “Selected Currency” Not Retained for Simple Products

On the product edit screen (vendor dashboard), selecting a base currency (e.g., NZD) for a simple product appears to save initially.
However, upon submission, the selected currency does not persist—it resets to the site’s default WooCommerce currency (AUD).
The value is saved internally (we can confirm it exists in hidden fields), but the frontend UI does not reflect or retrieve this value due to broken script behavior.
This renders the feature non-functional from a vendor’s perspective.

Issue 2: No Support for Variable Products – “Price in Store Currency”

The ’Set product price in store currency’ feature is not supported for variable products, which make up the majority of listings on our client’s store.
Prices entered for each variation are treated as values in the site-wide WooCommerce currency (AUD), regardless of the vendor’s store base currency (e.g., PKR, NZD, etc.).
This results in incorrect automatic conversions and completely invalid pricing for non-AUD vendors.
Example: Variable product with price 500 (PKR) → Interpreted as 500 AUD → Converted to over 93,000 PKR incorrectly.
